​Our team of experts carries over 17 years of network architecture, infrastructure, file and data server background with multiple major international corporations, managing and supporting hundreds of users across multiple locations. We bring unique problem solving skills with emphasis on up-time and user functionality. Business operations background and experience with Mac, Linux and Windows systems as well as Mac systems experience and Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration. Extensive experience with Network Systems Architecture and deployment, Cloud technology, CRM and ERP systems as well as Domain Server Operations, LAN, WAN, SAN and Backup Systems.
Software Background:
Our experience with CAD and BIM software solutions​ is one of our biggest assets that we provide to our clientele in the AEC field, with emphasis on uniform standards, streamlined production and project management. We tailor our solutions to the specific business environment, working with the technical and production teams towards a final solution that works best for their needs and meets all their requirements. We provide training and support for all Adobe, Autodesk and Microsoft suite of applications and have specialized experience with BST Enterprise, Deltek, M-Files and Newforma software packages.

IT Technical Background:
Computer Science background with a total combined experience of over 400 hours of training in CCNA,CCNP, CSPFA. Real life experience with Microsoft Exchange 5.5/2000/2003/2007/2010 for over 10 years, as well as Windows NT/2000/2003/2008 Servers' installation configuration and management, with emphasis is on Network Management, Routers, Switches, Firewalls and other perimeter hardware. User support for over 500+ users across multiple locations with multiple operating systems such as 95/98/NT/2000/XP/7/Azur, as well as Linux. We are Cisco certified and possess a valid CCNP certification.​

Copier and Printer Background:
We have over 22 years of Network Copiers and Printer Technology with major manufacturers. Knowledge of all lines of major copiers and printers, with emphasis on hardware and software configuration, service and support. Experienced with multi functional units as well as desktop printers, an unique service record that lends itself to quick problem solving and excellent techniques for minimum service cost to our clients. Service record of over 40,000 hours of field experience, trouble shooting and service management boards really well for our service contract holders.​​
